Oro Diamonds and Gold will either repair or replace any item with a recognised defect. 

However, this guarantee is void if the defect relates to accidental damage, neglect or misuse; the defect is the result of wear and tear or improper care and cleaning; or if the item has been repaired or tampered with by anyone other than an Oro Diamonds and Gold representative.

Our 7-Year Craftsman's Quality Guarantee is conditional upon regular six-monthly ‘servicing' which involves a professional inspection and cleaning by Oro Diamonds and Gold qualified staff.

Your jewellery item must be returned to us for assessment.  Only recognised manufacturing defects will be covered by our 7-Year Craftsman's Quality Guarantee.   

Oro Diamonds and Gold takes no responsibility for loss or damage during return shipment.

30 Day Exchange Policy

Your Oro Diamonds and Gold selection will be delivered in 14-Days and you're covered by our 30 Day Exchange Policy. 

Please note, should you need to exercise our 30 Day Exchange Policy, your Oro Diamonds and Gold purchase item must be returned to us in perfect original condition.  That is, with no signs of wear, damage or tampering of any type, within 30 days of the purchase date on your sales receipt.

Oro Diamonds and Gold takes no responsibility for loss or damage during return shipment which is at your cost.  Exchange items may incur an additional priority courier fee.

In the unlikely event of a dispute, it will be settled in accordance with Queensland law.
